First grape harvest began this year. Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon picked on Sept 9th. Merlot @ 23 brix 3.35 ph Cabernet @ 24 brix 3.5 ph.

Viognier - not harvested
Yeast - bdx Bordeaux
